Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your fishing needs:

Shipping Regions: We ship globally, excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia. Please contact us if you’re unsure about delivery to your location.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Key Return Information

  • Return Window: 15 days from receipt of delivery
  • Return Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Processing Time: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item is in its original condition – unused, with tags, and in original packaging
  • You have the original receipt or proof of purchase
  • The return is initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
  • The item is not on our non-returnable list (see below)

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following product categories cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Soft Baits (opened packages)
  • Line Accessories that have been opened or used
  • Reel Accessories that show signs of use
  • Any products with removed tags or damaged original packaging

Return & Exchange Process

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:

Step 1: Submit Your Return Request

Email our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information:

Step 2: Wait for Authorization

Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging, include all accessories and documentation, and ship to:

Important: Please include your Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package.

Step 4: Processing and Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will process your refund within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed

Exchange Process

If you’re requesting an exchange:

  • Follow the same return process outlined above
  • Clearly state the product you’d like to exchange for in your email
  • We will ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return
  • If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
  • If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference

Return Shipping Costs

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service (DHL or FedEx) for your return
  • We cannot be responsible for items lost in transit during return

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]
  • Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • We will cover all shipping costs for replacement of defective items
